Nitish Kumar Sworn In as Bihar Chief Minister at Grand Patna Ceremony

Nitish Kumar was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Bihar during a large public ceremony held at Gandhi Maidan in Patna. Alongside him, 26 ministers took the oath of office, marking the formation of the new NDA-led state government.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended the ceremony and congratulated Nitish Kumar on assuming the role once again. Senior state leaders, including Samrat Choudhary and Vijay Kumar Sinha, were also present on the stage during the oath-taking.
A massive crowd gathered at Gandhi Maidan to witness the event, reflecting strong public interest in the new government’s formation. Leaders from various states, including Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio, joined the occasion to extend their best wishes.
Newly appointed ministers signed official documents following the ceremony, formally beginning their terms in office as part of the incoming administration.
